Choosing a platform: Mac or PC?

Macintosh

If you’re going to send your files to a commercial printer (as opposed to using your laser printer) for output, the safest thing to do is create your files on a Macintosh. They’ve developed work-arounds to deal with PC files, but they’re not as trouble-free as Macintosh files, particularly when fonts are used.
